Rules 1. The cemetery being full, no additional in-ground burials are permitted. 2. Inurn shall be held subject to the conditions specified in the Bill of Transfer for the Right to Inurn in a niche in the St. Andrew the Apostle Columbarium. 3. No more than two urns may be placed in a niche. 4. The purchase price of the niche includes the right of inurn in the niche, name(s) and date(s) of birth and death on the shutter door. A portion of the purchase price is deposited in an irrevocable trust to provide for maintenance of the Cemetery, Columbarium, and Prayer Garden. 5. The garden is set up to be a perpetual memorial to all our loved ones in the Cemetery and Columbarium. No permanent exterior decorations, flower, emblems, flag, or trim may be placed on or near the niche, including the roof, the base, or any other surface of the Columbarium. 7. Engravings on the niche doors, will be engraved with the name(s), date(s) of birth and death, and Service initials or other suffix approved by the Cemetery Committee (i.e., USA, USN, USMC, USAF, USCG for veterans, or suffix such as MD, PhD, Jr., Sr., III, etc.). The names on the niches will appear as written on the Purchase Agreement. 8. Resale of a niche is subject to approval by the St. Andrew the Apostle Cemetery Committee, and if approved, all aspects of the sale are the responsibility of the seller. The purchaser will also be bound by these rules. A transfer fee will be billed to the seller in the amount of $300 dollars for all paperwork for the engraving for the new owner. 9. Requests for exceptions to the rules will be considered by the Cemetery Committee on a case-by-case basis. Decision of the Cemetery Committee is final. All exceptions granted will be considered to apply to the requestor and will not be considered to set precedent. 10.
